Electric Power Supply:
Electric Power equipments (100 V) will be supplied by the Exhibition Secretariat, and such expenses as installation and electric power rates will be billed to each exhibitor.

** Using over 1 kW, added ¥10,500 per 1kW.
** 200V power supply requires extra charge.
** Invoice for electric power will be sent to exhibitors after congress.

Note:
** Exhibition Secretariat will consider each exhibitor’s circumstance and assign the booth(s).
Location of the booth(s) will be announced by written notice.
** Please note in the form if display table is not necessary.
** Booth and exhibits shall be managed by each exhibitor.
** Organizing Committee and Exhibition Secretariat will not take any responsibility for any valuable (including cash) stolen, lost, damaged or destroyed as a result of accidents.
