Submission Guidelines

Requirements for Presenters (Oral / Poster)

  • To submit an abstract for oral or poster, JAACT or ESACT membership is required.
    Join JAACT
  • You can be a presenter for only one paper.
    To be a co-author for other papers is possible.
  • After abstract submission is closed, we cannot accept any new abstract and editing of submitted abstract.

Please proceed to submit your abstract according to your organizer's instruction.


How to Submit

All abstracts must be submitted via the Online Submission System only.
Click "JAACT2016 Abstract submission" button shown on this page and enter necessary information. Please make sure to REGISTER before submitting your abstract.


Application for Oral Presentation

Oral presentations will be selected from submitted papers.
After judging by the program committees, we will notify you of the result by e-mail in August 22.

A confirmation message with the following subject line will be sent automatically to the registered email address once you submit your abstract: Subject: Confirmation for online abstract submission.
If you do not receive a confirmation mail within a few minutes, please contact the secretariat (jaact2016@or.knt.co.jp).
