Completed application form and booth deposit money should be sent to the  Exhibition Secretariat.
** Invoice will be issued upon request.

Electric Power Supply

Electric Power equipments (100 V) will be supplied by the Exhibition Secretariat,
and such expenses as installation and electric power rates will be billed to each  exhibitor.
100 W-500 W ¥15,750
501 W-1 kW ¥21,000
** Using over 1 kW, added ¥10,500 per 1kW.
** 200 V power supply requires extra charge.
**Invoice for electric power will be sent to exhibitors after congress.

Note

** Exhibition Secretariat will consider each exhibitor's circumstance and  assign the  booth(s).
Location of the booth(s) will be announced by written notice.
** Please note in the form if display table is not necessary.
** Booth and exhibits shall be managed by each exhibitor.
** Organizing Committee and Exhibition Secretariat will not take any responsibility
for any valuable (including cash) stolen, lost, damaged or destroyed as a result of  accidents.
